After the amount for the ordered products and services is credited to the company bank account, the order will be processed as soon as possible, taking into account the number of other orders already received before yours. Please do not forget to always include the order number so that it can be matched with the payment.

These bank details are the only ones that our company uses. Please, if you receive an invoice that bears another owner's name or another account number, do not pay - this is not our email, but a scam!
After handing over your package to the shipping service, we will send you your package number by email. You can track this number on public package tracking services (if shared by the shipping service).
Currently, we send packages via the shipping company: Magyar Posta. (https://www.posta.hu/tracking). The latter then forwards the package for international shipping to another shipping service that is available in the customer's destination country.
After receiving your package, we will be informed about the completion of the shipping service. We wish you much success and joy with our MOGU products!

Shipping prices are dependent on the carrier's rates. It may happen that the shipping price may vary depending on the size and weight of the package.
The current shipping price for the EU1 zone is 14 euros + VAT, EU2 is 17 euros + VAT, EU3 is 30 euros + VAT.
